woodworks begins..

This week, carpentry works began in our unit..
Our Interior designer had his carpenter uplifted their woodworks to our place..

Fortunately, on Monday, we went to check on the woodworks as the carpenters began their works. We found that they were doing the built-in wardrobes incorrectly. After informing our interior designer, he told us that he was going to get new wardrobes done for us. However, this would cause a delay in the completion of our flat, by around 2 weeks.
Oh well.. might as well get it done slow but correctly.. :-)

As the built-in wardrobes in the room had some problems, only one of the bedrooms had its installation of the wardrobe started .

Aside from that, the carpenters only managed to start installation of the woodworks for the study room wardrobes, the kitchen and the vanity top..





The plumbers installed the toilet accessories for us..






With the boo-boos done to the wardrobes, it looks like more supervisory needs to be done to the carpentry works..

By the way, my fiance has gone to Europe for her training for ONE month..
*sob sob* I'll miss her for one month..

Anyway.. that's all the update for this week..

Let there be light; and there was light..

oh well.. this update was supposed to be uploaded last week, but I was kind of busy with stuffs.. so it got delayed until this week.

so let's pretend that this post was for last week!

this week, the electricians came to fix the light fixtures in our house..
they completed most of the installation, they'll be back another time to tidy up and to complete the installation of the power plugs, etc etc..

They have also installed the glass doors at passageway and the kitchen entrance..
