It seems our ID has been quite busy over the last few days..

Looks like our false ceiling has been installed after electrical works have been completed..

It looks like the HDB has completed their cement screeding of the rooms..

.. Plumbing ..
Plumbing works also started.. they've taken apart PVC pipes from the flat and replaced them with metal pipings..
Looks like the water piping in the common bathroom is going to be a bit unsightly

.. Lightings..
Last Saturday, we bought the lights for our place: from downlights to bathroom lights.
We got the our lights from Vlux, a lighting shop in Geylang (ph: 67427288 , look for Desmond).
We've not bought the dining table lights as we figure we need to get the dining table first before we get the lights for it.. make sense? we think so :-)
We also haven't bought the outdoor light for our balcony as Vlux had limited number of outdoor lights
.. Curtains..
We also made some inquiries from a couple of curtain suppliers
Just for information, we got our quotation from the following persons.. (sorted by decreasing quotation values)..

- Jimmy Textiles: (Katong - Lucas : 6745 6423 )
- Mr. Ah Gu: a freelance curtain maker recommended by our colleague (Ah Gu: 9787 1183) ..
We've a pretty good idea on who we want to confirm the deal with .. but we'll sleep on this first :-)
