Tile selection and hdb repair completed

Happy Easter everyone!

Had a long weekend for Easter: Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday.
Before the long weekend, Mr. S, the HDB officer in-charge of rectifying the defects, informed me that his contractor has completed their attempts to rectify the defects.

I went to the flat to check out the so-called repair items.
Oh well, their repaired states are not too bad..
in fact, most of are acceptable to normal human eyes like mine.

There's one defect at the service balcony that wasn't repaired though... so letting Mr. S know about it.. and hopefully he can get his contractor to fix it.

On top of that, my fiance and I had already informed our Interior Designer on our tile selection and we are now waiting for the layout plan and space proposal from him..

Hopefully.. his design proposal is as good as we wanted it to be (it better be.. with the amount of $$ we're paying him...)
